All Trinéitte pendants purchased through our website come with a 6 months manufacturers warranty. This warranty covers manufacturers defects, not wear and tear from regular use or accidental misuse. The warranty may be rejected on pendants showing evidence of extreme or improper use. If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact us at support@trineitte.com. Include order number, photos of the suspected issue and a brief description. Trinéitte’s obligations are limited to repair or replacement at its option.
This warranty does not cover Trinéitte pendants rewarded via our Kickstarter campaign in 2015.

It is our intent to create a great customer experience.
You may return any online purchases without customized engraving within 7 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returns must include the original sales receipt and be returned in the original packaging. We shall refund or exchange the item based on its availability. To make a return, please email us to obtain a return authorization number. Please ship all items pre-paid and insured. Trinéitte is not responsible for loss or damage of returned shipments. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Any items with signs of wear, damage or alteration cannot be accepted. All international sales are final, as we are not currently equipped to accept international returns. If you wish to move forward with a return, there is a $25 handling and restocking fee.
